Terms of service

BY BOOKING ANY OF THE SERVICES AT ELITE HAIR PRO STUDIO YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The consultation, selection of hair, application of  hair treatments applications, aftercare advice given/needed, selection and use of products by the salon or client are all factors beyond our control, falling within the jurisdiction of the salon/client contract and are thus the absolute responsibility of the salon.

The products we offer at our home-based salon are for professional use only, applying them yourself or going to an untrained hairstylist will result in improper application. Please use a certified professional to ensure that our products last and work properly.

LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY

Elite Pro Hair Studio will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the client’s hair during and/or after the  hair treatment application process.
All stylists and consumers agree to use the products we use at their own risk.

Elite Pro Hair Studio will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation or removal of the product, no exceptions.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.

There is a very small possibility that hair treatment won’t work to full extent on clients hair due to individual nutrition intake, hormonal level, previous hair treatments, bleaching/colouring and haircare products that you previously used.

Unfortunately, the results cannot be predicted 100% by Hair treatment specialist. Hair treatments like any other cosmetic procedures doesn’t work the same on everyone.

Elite pro hair studio will not be liable if client is not 100% satisfied with the results. We will not be hold liable for any damages & losses.

Aftercare instructions after any hair treatment should be followed precisely for the best results.

VARIATION

We may revise these terms of use from time-to-time.  Revised terms of use will apply to the use of our website from the date of the publication of the revised terms of use on our website.  Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

ASSIGNMENT

We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms of use without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
